Follow our 5 simple steps
1. Research your options
With so much choice on the market, it’s important you fully explore your options and create a shortlist of your priorities. So we’ve created this checklist for you:
- Think about the style, shape, or material that suits you and your home best.
- Are you looking for a classic period design like our Victorian conservatory or an ultra-modern glass space?
- Or do you need an extension that matches existing brickwork and roof tiles?
- Is creating a space you can use in both summer and winter important?
- Does your kitchen or dining room need more light? Our Aluminium conservatories and Glass Extensions are the best for maximising natural light.
- Do you live in a conservation area, or a period property? If so think about our Victorian Conservatory, Edwardian Conservatory, Georgian Conservatory or an Orangery.
Our website is designed to make life easier – everything you need to consider from the above checklist may be found on the website so it’s a good starting point.
Once you’ve started to consider your options the next step is to consult one of our experts.
2. Consult our experts
We’re delighted to offer a free, no-obligation appointment with a West Midlands Double Glazing consultant at a time that suits you.
Our highly trained and experienced consultants can come to your home at a time to suit you and help you find what you’re looking for.
We’ll discuss your priorities and outline all the options based on our assessment of your home. We’ll take initial measurements and come back to you promptly with our free no-obligation quote. And we’ll also be on the end of the phone whenever you need us.
3. Make your choice
Your needs and priorities are unique to you, your home and your lifestyle. And that’s why at West Midlands Double Glazing our packages are bespoke for every customer.
All our porches are tailor-made to your specifications and can be personalised to suit your tastes. We’ll offer recommendations for designs that will suit your home but the ultimate decision is down to you.
When you have decided what you want, our consultants will work out the best price for you and inform you of any offers and promotions we’re running.
4. Decide when the work is done
Once we’ve had your agreement on your bespoke package, we’ll get started at a time to suit you.
From the moment you place your order to project completion, the process for our average installations usually takes about a three weeks.
Our surveyors will visit first to do a survey of your home to ensure our measurements are correct and the fit is perfect.
You will also be assigned one of our project managers who will look after every detail (including arranging planning permission if it’s required) so you won’t need to think or worry about anything.
We know how disruptive it can be to have workmen around the house so we cause as little mess and noise as possible and promise to leave your home as we find it.
With West Midlands Double Glazing there is nothing to worry about.
5. Enjoy continued support
At West Midlands Double Glazing we pride ourselves on our exceptional support. This, along with our range of long-term guarantees means that you will be able to turn to us for support long after installation is complete.
And as we’re a local firm we’re always in the area so should any problems or queries arise we can visit you at a convenient time.
We take pride in the windows we’ve built and installed for you and we want to take care of them to ensure that you’re pleased with the investment you’ve made too.
